Facts about a casino come from the operator’s published terms, its cashier and the regulator’s public register. Facts about Irish gambling law come from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland and from legislation. When a fact cannot be traced to one of these sources, we leave it out.

Checks before publication

Before a page goes live we check the licence number against the regulator’s register, bonus figures against the operator’s current bonus terms, and payment methods and limits against the cashier or payments page.

Dates

Each page can show two dates. “Last updated” is the date its content was last changed in a meaningful way, for example a new section, a change to the list of casinos or new bonus terms. “Last checked” is the date its facts were last verified against the sources above, even if nothing on the page had to change. We do not change either date for cosmetic edits, and we do not update dates automatically.

Corrections

If you find a mistake, write to info@bestonlinecasino.ie with the page address. We reply and correct confirmed errors within five working days. When a correction changes the meaning of a page, for example a licence, a wagering figure or a score, we add a short note to the page saying what was changed and when.
